After her round at Lancaster Golf Club in Pennsylvania, Hull faced the press, where she was asked if she would be more open to sharing her personality with fans. Addressing the situation, she explained, “I was walking to the range, my hands were full, and someone asked me for an autograph. I’m never going to say no because I love signing autographs for fans.” She continued, “I just had my cigarette in my mouth, signed it, and suddenly it went viral. It’s been a bit crazy, with fans shouting my name all week.”
This marks Hull’s 10th appearance at the US Women’s Open. Over the years, she has proven herself a formidable competitor, with seven cuts made and two Top 10 finishes in her previous nine participations. Her best finish came in 2023 when she tied for second place.
