In a recent interview, American golfer Brian Harman shared his admiration for Scottie Scheffler’s outstanding performance during the 2024 PGA Tour season, aligning with sentiments previously expressed by Collin Morikawa. Harman, who finished 25th at the 2024 BMW Championship and secured a spot as a captain’s pick for the upcoming Presidents Cup, praised Scheffler’s work ethic and mental resilience in a recent episode of the Talk of the Tour podcast.

When asked about Scheffler, Harman fully supported Morikawa’s assessment of the World No. 1. He remarked, “Collin said it perfectly the other day. Mentally, I don’t think there’s anyone that’s on his level. There isn’t anyone who works harder than Scottie—whether it’s in the gym, on his putting, or his short game.” Harman specifically highlighted Scheffler’s underrated short game, describing it as “the most impressive display of a short game I’ve seen in a long time at the PGA.”

Harman elaborated on what makes Scheffler a dominant force in golf: “He hits the ball incredibly well, his short game is exceptional, and his putting has improved drastically in recent years. When you put all that together, he’s the best player in the world, and I think he’ll stay at the top for a long time.”

Both Harman and Morikawa, along with Scheffler, will be representing Team USA at the 2024 Presidents Cup, set to take place from September 24 to 29 at Royal Montreal Golf Club.
