Charley Hull, fresh off her T19 finish at the 2024 Kroger Queen City Championship in Ohio, took part in her first fitness competition, Hyrox, and shared her experience on social media. Hyrox is a rigorous fitness challenge involving an alternating series of eight 1-kilometer runs and functional exercise stations.
Hull completed the event in one hour and 31 minutes but was issued a five-minute penalty for missing a lap, which left her feeling “gutted,” as she described in her Instagram story. Despite the fine, Hull expressed her excitement at completing the challenge and credited her trainer, Kate Davey, for her guidance.
In her recent golf performance, Hull had a strong showing at the Queen City Championship. She shot 70-70 in the first two rounds, followed by an impressive 68 in the third round. Her final round score of 70 secured her a tie for 19th place, earning her $21,122. Lydia Ko won the tournament with a prize of $300,000, while Hull’s consistent performance further demonstrated her skill and determination across both golf and fitness.
