On September 16, 2024, golf superstar Jordan Spieth and Invited, the leading operator of private membership clubs, hosted the inaugural “Crush It! Cup” youth golf tournament and charity event at Brookhaven Country Club in Dallas. The event brought together 36 top junior golfers from across the nation, who earned their spots through a three-month Golf Marathon Fundraiser.
This initiative raised an impressive $250,000 for the Jordan Spieth Family Foundation, which supports causes such as pediatric cancer, military families, and junior golf. Spieth himself coached the young athletes throughout the tournament, with the team from Brookhaven and Hasentree Clubs crowned as champions.
Adding a creative touch to the event, local Dallas artist Mari Pohlman unveiled a stunning mural commemorating key moments in Spieth’s career at Brookhaven, the very club where his golf journey began. The tournament and art installation highlighted Spieth’s ongoing commitment to making a positive impact through golf.
“It’s an honor to witness the dedication these young athletes bring to the game while supporting meaningful causes,” Spieth remarked. Invited CEO David Pillsbury echoed this sentiment, praising the collaborative efforts that made the Crush It! Cup a successful blend of sport, charity, and community engagement.
