Jordan Spieth: “My Days are Over”

Jordan Spieth recently revealed details about his wrist surgery, which took place on August 21, and his hopes for recovery. In a conversation on SiriusXM PGA Tour Radio, Spieth expressed optimism about returning to full swings by mid-November.

e aims to be ready for the 2025 PGA Tour season in January but is uncertain about participating in December events like the Hero World Challenge or the Grant Thornton Invitational. Spieth mentioned that while he’s confident about his return, he is still in the early stages of recovery and currently wearing a wrist immobilizer.

Spieth has dealt with wrist issues dating back to 2017, but the injury worsened in May 2023 when he felt a pop while playing with his son. Despite enduring the pain and pushing through the season, surgery became necessary as the tendon in his wrist would often dislocate unexpectedly.

His 2024 season saw him competing in 22 events, but he struggled, finishing 66th in the FedEx Cup standings and earning only three top-10 finishes. Looking forward, Spieth is hopeful that with proper rehabilitation, he will regain his form without having to worry about the injury affecting his game.
