Lindsey Vonn made a striking appearance at the opening ceremony of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games on July 26, wearing a custom Thom Browne ensemble. The former alpine ski champion, who has competed in four Winter Olympics and won three Olympic medals, including a gold in 2010, chose a navy suit from the American luxury designer.

She complemented her look with a classic white button-down shirt and carried Browne’s iconic Hector dog bag, showcasing her sophisticated yet playful style on the red carpet.

The ceremony, held along the scenic Seine River, featured a procession of athletes from 206 national Olympic committees, passing by iconic Paris landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame. Vonn wasn’t the only star dressed in Thom Browne; singer Ariana Grande also graced the event in a sleeveless pink gown by the designer, adding her own touch of glamour.

Other notable attendees included U.S. First Lady Jill Biden, Serena Williams, and Chrissy Teigen, all gathered to celebrate the start of this historic centennial edition of the Games.
