Reflecting on 12 years of covering golf for CBS Sports, I find it surreal to say this chapter has come to an end. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing some of golf’s greatest moments, from Jordan Spieth’s memorable win at Chambers Bay to the historic 150th Open at St. Andrews.

Covering these events has been more than just a job; it’s been a dream come true. From standing in awe of the world’s best golfers to forming lifelong friendships with fellow journalists and industry professionals, the experience has shaped my career and my life in ways I never imagined.

There have been countless moments that I will never forget, like my first major at the 2015 U.S. Open, or sitting at my desk the day the PGA Tour and Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund shook the golf world. The Ryder Cups, in particular, have always held a special place in my heart, offering unforgettable experiences from Hazeltine to Rome. And of course, playing Augusta National after the Masters will forever remain one of the most surreal days of my life.
